When a student arrives at the Bridge Academy, the first thing they will do is check in with their Advocate Advisor who records attendance and visits with you about your goals for the day. The Advocate Advisor will help you with the support you need to reach those goals.
There are three classrooms:
- Room 104: Social Studies and English
- Room 106: Science and Math
- Room110: Family & Consumer Science and Career Connections
Depending on your goals and what projects you are working on, you get to choose which space is best for you to work in throughout the day. Staying in contact with your Advisor throughout the day is a good strategy to make sure you are supported too.
Students are registered for two to six classes at a time. As a class is finished, another will be added based on your high school plan. Some students may want to work on a few classes and other students may want more variety. A schedule may also be changed if a student is working on a project and it works well to involve another subject that might not already be on their schedule.
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 7:30 - 2:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
*Additional hours may become available based on the needs of students.
