Please order your graduation items as soon as possible.  Please disregard the March 1st order deadline.  There is a cap, gown & tassel option under "Shop Graduation Products".  Gap/Gown/Tassel Units will be mailed to Henderson Bay.  All other items will be mailed directly to your home address.

If you are planning on attending any school after graduation i.e. a 2yr or 4yr college or university, skilled trades or vocational school (Bates, Clover Park) etc, please complete the Scholarship Notebook Questionnaire.  If you've graduated early or are a Global Virtual Academy graduating senior interested in a scholarship please follow the steps below:

1. Complete the Scholarship Notebook Questionnaire HERE.

2. Write a personal essay (below are some writing prompts to help with your essay)

• Tell us a little about yourself, who you are and where your journey is taking you past high school.
• What were or are you biggest obstacles, challenges you've had to overcome.
• What are your proudest moments in high school and in your personal life.
• Who inspired you.

3. Provide a copy of your resume (only if you have one), this is not mandatory. 

4. Two pages of personal information that displays a little about you - these two pages should be fun, pictures, artwork, certificates, awards, clubs you've been involved in, hobbies, etc..  These pages are free for you to design however you'd like. 

You can drop off your completed pages at Henderson Bay High School anytime between 8 - 2:30pm (no appointment necessary).  Pages are due no later than Friday, April 27th.

Senior day is Monday, June 12th.  Seniors are going to the Pt. Defiance Zoo & Aquarium.  Field trip permission forms are mandatory.  Electronic permission forms have been sent via ParentSquare and hard copies are available in the main office.  Forms must be turned in by Thursday, May 25th. 

Agenda

9:30am - bus picks up form HBHS

10:00am - tour the zoo

11:45am - Owens beach for lunch

12:30 pm - load bus 

1:00 pm - return to HBHS

 

 

 

Mandatory Graduation Rehearsal is Thursday, June 15th.

This is a regular school day.  Please be sure your student arrives on time.

Rehearsal is on campus.  We will begin around 12pm. 

They do not need to bring their cap & gown to school. 

 

Diplomas are mailed to student's home address in August.
