This school year, PSD implemented a new technology policy that will enhance the educational experience for every child by restricting the use of personal devices such as cell phones during school hours. πŸ“±πŸš«

To help everyone understand when it's appropriate to use their phones and when it's time to put them away, our talented students from Gig Harbor and Peninsula High schools have created a wonderful PSA video! πŸŽ₯πŸ’‘ We are incredibly proud of their dedication and creativity. πŸ‘

Join PSD's Special Education Parent Advisory Committee for the 2023-2024 school year!

PSD is looking for volunteers to join our Special Education Parent Advisory Committee to help provide an inclusive learning space and support for all of PSD's students. 

The focus of SEPAC is; 

•To develop a Special Education Family Education series, scheduled throughout the school year; 
•To develop opportunities for relationship building between Special Education families, PSD staff, and community partners; and
•To promote inclusion through equal opportunities and access to quality education for ALL students, regardless of their abilities, backgrounds, or differences.
